Unapproved late checkouts may result in an additional charge, as they can affect our cleaning schedule. • For safety, please do not enter the hot tub from the deck. Kindly go around and use the steps from the ground. • The dishwasher is not available for guest use. Please wash dishes by hand during your stay. • The farm uses a country well system for its water supply. To help maintain steady water pressure, please avoid using multiple water outlets at the same time, such as showers, sinks, laundry, or outdoor hoses. During the winter months, water pressure may be slightly lower than usual. • Guests are expected to take their trash with them at checkout. Since this is a rural property with limited garbage pickup, any trash left behind may result in an additional disposal fee. • In the winter, outdoor paths, stairs, and deck areas may become slippery. Please use caution when walking around the property. 𝙂𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙏𝙤 𝙆𝙣𝙤𝙬: • We love pets! Pets are welcome with approval, and a small pet fee applies. • Daytime visitors are welcome. Any additional overnight guests must be approved in advance, and an additional fee may apply. • Propane is provided for the BBQ for your convenience. • Wi-Fi is strong enough for streaming Netflix, YouTube, and more. • Please note that the road leading to the property is unpaved. This is common for rural farmhouse properties, but guests should expect some gravel, dust, or uneven areas depending on the weather. We recommend driving slowly and carefully, especially after rain or during winter conditions. • The TV is available for your enjoyment. Please feel free to sign in to your own streaming accounts, and kindly remember to log out before checkout. • While we do our best to minimize bugs inside and around the property through regular cleaning and maintenance, occasional insects may still appear, especially during warmer months or in the evening. This is a natural part of the rural farmhouse experience. We recommend keeping doors and windows closed when possible to help keep the home comfortable.
